Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
The GRM Sales executive’s job is to increase revenue and profit through sales of GRM’s records management products and services. The Sales Executive shall utilize all resources at their disposal to identify, develop and complete new business opportunities for the organization.
Sales executives are responsible for increasing and developing sales in areas including:
- Records Management for the storage and management of hard copy information
- Media Vault storage for storage and management of Magnetic media, film, backup tapes and other technology
- Certified Destruction Services including destruction of Paper and Electronic Information Media
- Document imaging projects to convert hard copy information into Digital form.
Job duties Roles and responsibilities:
Sales executive’s main responsibility is as follow:
- Identify and develop new business prospects through regular telemarketing, sales blitzes in his/her territory, networking, and developing relationships.
- Use the CRM database and any resources at his/her disposal to find and create business leads, prospects and opportunities.
- Manage his/her sales territory, keeping contact with prospects as well as existing clients, giving presentations and making proposals
- Organize and manage his/her own time, meeting and sales schedule
- Create Sales Reports to management including market and competitor information
- Negotiation of contracts and rates under the guidance of management.
Job specifications or qualifications:
- Dynamic Self Starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and manage him/herself.
- He/She should be a Team player, able to work in dynamic and multicultural environment
- Should be Action oriented and able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Fluent in written and spoken English and clear communication skills in both Chinese and English. Ability in other languages is a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required at minimum, with a plus for a focus on business or technology.
- Computer Literate, and able to work with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in sales is preferred, especially industry experience in moving, relocation, logistics, professional services, real estate or technology
