	Protecting your information asset Security at GRM is paramount to our mission. By protecting the facility and protecting our clients' data, we then protect the client and help you manage your information security risk. Perimeter Walls GRM compounds are protected by a perimeter wall, surrounding the compound to prevent unauthorized access to our grounds. Only a gate, controlled by our security force and monitored by CCTV allows entry to the compound. Security Guards GRM's professional Security Guard Force is trained and employed by GRM. Rather than subcontracting out, this allows us complete control and accountability for our security. Our Security Guards are on duty in teams of 2 at all time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, monitoring CCTV and doing regular patrols to check the perimeter, interior and all exits and entrances to ensure protection of every area of the facility. The Security Guard Force manages all entrance, exit and access to the records Center. They are on hand to escort any visitors or monitor workers during special projects. The guards control the loading bay doors and are on hand to monitor the loading and unloading of vehicles at all times. CCTV GRM uses CCTV cameras with motion detection and infrared capabilities to monitor activity inside and outside of our facilities at all times. This includes the building perimeter, courtyard and vehicle parking areas, all exits and entrances, loading areas, Media Vault and other secure areas and all entrances and exits to the building and doors to secure areas. Our Security Guard Force monitors the CCTV system at all times. Access Control All primary doors into or out of different areas of the facility are outfitted with electronic access control. Every staff member is issues with an ID/Access Control Badge which must be worn at all times. In certain cases dual access control is used, requiring access by two people to open a door. Main Security The Security Guard Station is at the main entrance and exit for every GRM building. This is a heavily fortified security door used by all employees and visitors and all other doors are for vehicle loading and unloading or for emergencies only. It is here that all employees must pass through and use their access cards t get into the building and where visitors must check in and be instructed on GRM's security policies. Alarm Points on every door Every door to GRM's facilities is alarmed. If an alarm goes off security will make a physical inspection and check the alarm.
