Safe, secure, accountable delivery of your hard copy and electronic information Delivery or pickup by GRM is not a simple handover of items. Every part of the delivery process is tracked and accounted for with our barcode tracking system and through procedures and processes we have developed over our years of experience. Every Box, tape or file is accounted for and scanned prior to delivery and then at your site where a receipt is printed listing those items that were delivered. Vehicles GRM has its own fleet of self owned and operated vehicles. We do not use 3rd party couriers for the delivery and pickup of your vehicles. All of our vehicles are well maintained and kept in good condition. Couriers GRM couriers are not a delivery guys, they are trained GRM operations personnel. Our staff is professional, presentable and helpful. GRM Transportation Services Standard Pickup and Delivery Order today before 4:30pm and you will receive your items by 5:00pm the next day. Scheduled Rotation Services GRM China provides two types of rotations. We can work with your IT team to create a set schedule for backup tape pickup and delivery as part of your tape rotation or with your office administration team to rotate materials for certified destruction. We provide daily, weekly and monthly rotation schedules or something can be created to meet your needs. Priority Delivery Services (Available only for delivery) AM Service – Order by 4:30pm, receive by 12:00pm next business day Rush Morning Service - Order by 4:30pm, receive the next morning by 9:30am Same Day Service - Order by 12:00pm, receive by 5:00 that same day Rush Service - Delivery within 3 hours of request After Hours Rush - Delivery within 3 hours for off-hour opening |
