The main components of this formula are Facilities, Technology and People.  Records Centers We provide a safe, secure, state of the art and purpose built facility. We put in the best in fire protection and security and staff it with a professional team. Vehicles GRM has its own fleet of service vehicles to transport our clients' items. These are dependable vehicles which are managed and maintained by our professional Operations team.  Tracking System GRM uses an advanced SQL based professional software for records management and has a suite of proprietary software specially designed to maximize operational efficiency and accuracy. Barcodes GRM uses barcode tracking to keep track of all storage items, whether they are in the facility, at a customer's site or in transit. Scanners Scanners are used by our Operations personnel both within our facilities and while performing service to ensure accuracy at all times. Printers designed to work with our scanners are carried by our operations personnel on all pickups and deliveries providing receipts for accountability.  At GRM, it is the people that facilitate everything. It is the team of people at GRM (Operations and Customer Service) that work with the people on our clients' side to provide superior service and create innovative solutions.
